2. Process and monitor illness and holiday registration.
3. Execute HR administrative processes during the employee lifecycle including: joiners / leavers and changes.
4. Process general Employee queries, gathering the relevant information from different HR stakeholders when required to provide excellent service.
5. Maintain all employee personnel files.
6. Create, administrate and distribute business correspondence.
7. Maintain the content of the intranet employee portal.
8. Assist the HR team in special projects, including system updates and ad-hoc projects.
